DO YOU KNOW WHAT OUR CHURCH COSTS?
The PCC appreciates that everyone is having to economise in the current financial climate.  However, we thought that  members of the congregation should know the cost of some of the visible necessities of Mass, the things which we all take for granted but which we could not do without.
Our weekly giving does not cover our expenses so we are slowly using up our reserves.  We have to look at creative ways of cutting costs but also of raising funds.
How can you help?
For many years, so many of our members have contributed to the  decoration of the church with flowers, for thanksgivings or  anniversaries and to commemorate times in our lives which are deeply personal - or at Christmas and Easter.   Many have also asked how else they can contribute by way of a one-off donation, in addition to Regular Giving .   In response, the PCC are launching Simple Gifts, a way in which donations can be made towards other aspects of our worship.
A copy of our Simple Gift Leaflet is attached.

To make a donation please click on the link, print off the leaflet, tick your chosen item, complete the form on the back page and seal it in an envelope marked Simple Gifts together with your donation (cheques should be made payable to St Clement with St Peter) and either place it in the Offertory Plate at Sunday morning service or post it to our Simple Gifts Co-Ordinator :
Miss J Packman, 55 Ryedale, SE22 0QL.

If you wish to make a general donation to the Church please follow the instructions as above but leave the items page clear.
All donations will be dedicated to the gift you have chosen and recorded with thanksgiving and to the Glory of God.

ORGAN REPAIR APPEAL - an appeal has recently been opened to the congregation as we need to raise £3000 to repair the organ for it

to be ready for our Diamond Jubilee in September 2017, perhaps if you are able to, would you consider making a gift to the church

for this purpose?  If so, please follow the donation details above.
